About the campaign
Family lawyer Farhana Shahzady, Director, family law specialist and mediator at Family Law Partners, launched the Family Law Menopause Project in January 2022 out of concern that many divorcing women are currently left financially disadvantaged as they approach retirement because the impact of menopause and their ability to work is not properly taken into account when financial settlements are drawn up.
